He is a subject matter-expert on ALM, FTP and Capital Allocation. During his career he established and managed numerous ALM processes. He is an independent member of Asset/Liability Management Committees (ALCO’s) and provides analysis and strategic advice to CEO’s and ALCO’s across Europe, MEA and South East Asia. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. He has developed and presented bespoke Treasury and ALM training programmes for banks.

He has worked in the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe and the UK.

Shane’s career started in the automotive sector moving to the recycling sector managing the growth of a business becoming one of the largest, environmentally friendly in the UK. In the UAE he worked with Emirates Steel, UAE Municipalities and other UAE businesses recently advising a private equity fund investing in lifestyle, precious metals, mining and entertainment located across the Middle East and Africa
